Sign up for Open+ at Norbury Library from 2nd October 2023

Norbury Library has been chosen to pilot the new Open + Self Service scheme.

What does this mean?

From October 2nd Norbury library will be available 5 days during the week (instead of the current 3) from 10am to 6pm and from 9am to 5pm on SATURDAYS!

Tuesday, Thursday and Friday will continue to be fully staffed with all services available.

How can I sign up for Open+?
Residents can Register for Open+ by upgrading their library cards (at the library) and getting a PIN number to access the building on the new days.  16-17 year olds will need a parent / guardian to sign their registration and 16 and under will need to be accompanied by an adult registered to the Self Service Opening.

How does it work?

You will use your PIN to access the building

A Council employee will be on site but all book borrowing and returns will be electronic (it's very easy!)

The Study Area and computers will be available.

The photocopier will be unavailable.
